
Tammye F. Heatley
Tammye F. Heatley joined APTS in April 2000. She works primarily with the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where her duties include conference planning and coordination, and support in the regulatory, policy, strategic initiatives, corporate and human resources areas.
Prior to joining APTS, Tammye spent several years in the legal environment providing editorial and research support for attorneys specializing in litigation and employment law. She was also employed for five years at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where she coordinated the training grants round and contract awards for minorities and women in public television and radio.
Tammye served as an adjunct professor for Potomac College in Washington, DC, where she facilitated on-line credit courses for associate and bachelor degree programs. She received her B.S. in Business Administration and M.Ed. in Education Technology from Strayer University, and is currently pursuing her M.S. degree in human resource management.
Tammye is an honored member of the Cambridge Who's Who registry of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs.
