About The Public Media Summit

The Public Media Summit (The Summit) is the largest annual gathering of public broadcasting general managers and community leaders who come together to explore issues that are vital to the future and mission of public service media. Featuring experts in education, technology, media innovation, fundraising, public policy and more, The Summit offers your company a unique opportunity to offer your products and services to the $2 billion public broadcasting industry.

Whether you choose a Diamond, Gold, Silver or Bronze level sponsorship, supporting The Summit is invaluable to increasing your visibility and inspiring loyalty among the leadership of the public broadcasting industry.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

The Summit is an unparalleled opportunity for your organization to gain direct access to key, executive level decision makers while also demonstrating your company’s support for public broadcasting. Your presence at this event will ensure that you establish and enhance your profile among business prospects with real purchasing power.

Exhibiting and/or sponsoring events at The Summit:

  • Provides you the opportunity to make contact with more than 300 public broadcasting executives – primarily station presidents, general managers and board members, plus the senior leadership of PBS, NPR and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
  • Allows you to educate decision makers about your company’s products and services in a variety of ways, from exhibiting in a favorable environment to addressing the audience during a general session.
  • Gives you a forum to network and build relationships with other industry leaders and potential business partners.

Monday, February 27– Wednesday, March 1
Most public broadcasting leaders consider attendance at The Summit’s meal events a must. Meals will feature high-profile speakers offering important insights on the strategic issues facing public broadcasting. Meal events also offer sponsors an opportunity to speak directly to station managers about your organization. Breakfast and lunch sponsors are given five minutes to speak, while dinner sponsors are given 10 minutes.

Welcome Reception: Monday, February 27
Join us as we kick off The Summit and the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Public Broadcasting Act! This event is surely a great atmosphere to meet old friends and make new ones. Your organization will have the opportunity to address the audience during a general session on Monday, prior to the reception.
