The Public Media Summit 2012 Hotel Information
The Public Media Summit will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott,1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
The deadline for hotel reservations is Thursday, February 2, 2012. Our special discounted group room rate at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is $219 per night for either single or double occupancy, plus current sales tax of 10.25 percent. Please note that our special group rate is only available through our deadline or until the group block is full, whichever is first. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Note: Please refrain from reserving hotel rooms until you have registered for the Summit. “Early” conference registration rates are in effect until January 10, 2012.
