The Choice Neighborhoods - Implementation Grants program aims to transform neighborhoods of poverty into viable mixed-income neighborhoods with access to economic opportunities.

Choice Neighborhoods Initiative -- Planning Grants
This HUD program will make awards of up to $500,000 each, to applicants that will create neighborhood revitalization plans. Applications are due 5/28/13.
Healthy Homes Production Program
The purpose of this HUD program is to identify and correct significant housing-related health and safety hazards in low-income housing.
Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program
Through this program, HUD will support metropolitan and multijurisdictional planning efforts that integrate housing, land use, economic and workforce development and transportation investments.
