Nationwide, the elections have been decided. But in Washington, DC, the decision-making is just the beginning. Congress and the President must tackle big issues at the end of this year and next year. What will the final FY 2013 budget look like? What will happen with sequestration? What is the outlook for competitive grants? What legislation will be reauthorized in the new Congress that will impact many federal grants? It's a game of 21 questions, and federal budget experts are going to try to answer them all.
