Sometimes it seems like everyone is talking about the impact of media - but what does "impact" really mean? And how do you know if you've got it? In this webinar, two leaders in the field talked about the evolving discussion about media impact, including what it is and what it is not. The presenters talked about the tools you can use to plan for and measure impact, including some ways to measure "hard-to-measure" things. And they discussed some real examples of media projects that have demonstrated significant impact.
