Grant Center Webinar
Wednesday, October 17, 2012
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT

Congress has passed a six month Continuing Resolution that will fund the government through March, 2013. Sequestration is scheduled to take effect in early January and will be a major focus of the post-election “Lame Duck” session of Congress. Important questions remain. How will the Lame Duck session impact grant funds? What is the impact of sequestration on current and future grant funding? What should stations be considering in their own budget planning around federal grants? On this webinar, federal policy experts unpacked the ramifications of these budget scenarios and provided some advice on how to plan regarding federal grants for the future.

Speakers included:

  • Alex Nock, Executive Vice President, Penn  Hill Group
  • Danica Petroshius, Principal, Penn Hill Group
