Comments of PBS and APTS in the Matter of Promoting Innovation and Competition in the Provision of Multichannel Video Programming Distribution Services, March 3, 2015

The Public Broadcasting Service (“PBS”) and the Association of Public Television Stations (“APTS”) (collectively, “PTV”) submit these comments to urge the Federal Communications Commission to proceed cautiously in deciding whether to interpret the statutory definition of “multichannel video programming distributor” (“MVPD”) to include “all entities that make available for purchase, by subscribers or customers, multiple streams of video programming distributed at a prescheduled time.”
