Lonna Thompson's Speech at the PBS Annual Meeting 2010

Lonna Thompson, APTS Interim President and CEO, addressed attendees at the PBS Annual Meeting in Austin, TX. Thompson's speech focused on the role that APTS plays in broadband deployment, spectrum re-packing and the future of journalism. In addition, she stressed the importance of the continued funding for noncommercial media across the country. Specifically she championed the potential of a fully funded public broadcasting system.
