Rod Bates Remarks at the FCC Workshop on the Future of Media

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) held a workshop on Friday, April 30, 2010 on the Future of Media. This all day workshop was entitled, "Public and Other Noncommercial Media in the Digital Era."

Rod Bates, General Manager of the Nebraska Educational Telecommunications (NET), and the Chair of the APTS Board, sat on a panel during this workshop. Rod's remarks focused on the work of NET and the unique characteristics of state networks.
