FCC Reminds Communications Providers How To Contact Agency For Emergency Assistance After Normal Business Hours

Washington - The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) today reminded telecommunications providers needing emergency assistance after normal business hours how to contact the agency.

Providers who need FCC emergency assistance or STA's can call the FCC's Communications Center, which is open 24 hours a day, at (202) 418-1122.

For a listing of all FCC Public Notices and Press Releases relating to Hurricane recovery efforts and extensions of FCC filing dates for regulatory proceedings, and for other hurricane recovery related information, go to the FCC's website, www.fcc.gov, and click on the Hurricane Wilma, Rita and Katrina emergency information boxes at the top of the homepage.
